PTS Solutions was the specialist subcontractor for the Ellipse Galileo high-rise apartment development in Johannesburg. Our team handled the post-tensioning design, supply, and execution for the three basement levels (unbonded mono-strand system) and 13 upper floors (bonded multi-strand system).

Ellipse Galileo is a new high-rise luxury apartment development situated in Waterfall, Johannesburg. It is considered the "New Jewel in the Crown of Waterfall City" and is the final addition to the award-winning development located opposite the Mall of Africa. The project boasts a total area of 26,755m².

PTS Solutions was engaged as the specialist subcontractor for this project, working with main contractor Barrow Construction. Our team was responsible for the design, supply, and execution of the post-tensioning systems for the entire structure. This included two distinct systems: an unbonded mono-strand system for the three basement parking levels and a bonded multi-strand system for the 13 upper-level floors. This dual-system approach showcases our technical expertise and ability to deliver specialised solutions for complex, high-rise building projects
