The Goreangab Shopping Mall is a significant N$ 260 Million retail development located in Windhoek, Namibia, a key part of the larger Goreangab Waterfront Development. This impressive 14,500m² structure, anchored by Shoprite and hosting over 40 tenants, represents a major civil engineering undertaking.

PTS Solutions, in partnership with C-Plan (South Africa), was appointed as the specialist subcontractor by the main contractor, Andeo Construction. Our specific scope of work was the comprehensive post-tensioning design, supply, and execution for the upper ground level floor. This involved the implementation of a bonded multi-strand system, a technique that significantly enhances the structural integrity and durability of the floor slab. Our role was critical in ensuring the successful and safe delivery of this key structural element for a high-profile commercial building project.
