Ideally located in the heart of Rosebank, the development provides convenient access to Rosebank Mall, The Zone and the Gautrain.

The building comprises a reinforced concrete structure with two basement parking levels designed as reinforced concrete post-tensioned flat slabs. The podium and five upper levels are designed as conventional reinforced concrete slabs.

PTS-S Scope

PTS-S was appointed by the main contractor, Barrow Construction, to design, supply and install an unbonded mono-strand post-tensioning system for the two basement parking levels. Post-tensioning optimizes the structural efficiency of the reinforced concrete structure by enabling an improved span-to-depth ratio, allowing for thinner slabs, longer spans and reduced material usage compared to conventional reinforced concrete construction.
